Sanskritayanam: Discovering Roots Through Language. 

Welcome! I am Dr. Rahul Maity, a dedicated Sanskrit scholar and educator committed to sharing the profound beauty and scientific precision of this ancient language. My academic foundation is deeply rooted in Sanskrit Grammar (Vyākaraṇam) and Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). I hold a Ph.D. in Vyākaraṇam from the prestigious Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (RKMVERI), where I previously earned my BA and MA, honored with the Gold Medal for my Master's cohort in 2019. Furthering my dedication to linguistic research, I also qualified for the UGC NET with a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).

Driven by the belief that the future of Sanskrit lies in captivating young minds, I currently serve as a Vice Principal at a Gurukul, focusing on grassroots education. Parallel to this, a unique opportunity to teach Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) illuminated my path. Their enthusiasm to root their children in Indian values through Sanskrit deeply resonated with my own mission.

Over the last several years, I have successfully guided dozens of international students and their families on their Sanskrit learning journey. Through engaging, one-on-one online sessions, we move beyond simple memorization—blending conceptual, root-based learning with storytelling and recitation to make the language truly come alive.
